An English In Kentucky

This old house is not square.   It has "up and down" and it has "sideways" and it has "wiggly-ness."  Terms which might not exist in construction manuals but which define well enough the almost complete pointlessness of prancing around with  a set square.

As well, some of us are not designed around four foot by eight foot sheets of three quarter inch plywood.  Some of us are I suppose "petite."  We do not have "monkey arm"  eight legs and fourteen hands.
